Shell

This morning I came to Shell in a bit of a panic. I had accidentally hit my wipers on the freeway. A semi was in front of me kicking up greasy water from the road, so there was little specks of oil, but nothing to be too concerned with... until the wipers moved a few moments later as I was signaling to get off the freeway. My entire window went white. I got off the freeway and drove into the Shell gas station. I know it is 24 degrees out and all water outside is frozen, the fluid for my wipers is frozen too (hence why I came to Shell). I purchased gas while I was there to be fair, but asked the lady if there was water anywhere to use to wipe off the oil. She couldn't understand me. I repeated twice and got a no. Then she went on a huge rant on how all the water outside is frozen. Ugh, yeah, I know that. I asked if there was water inside that I can just use a paper towel with. No, she replied. Are you kidding me? Really? Someone comes to you because they are a road hazard and you don't help? In fact, you LAUGH at someone because she is trying to rub off the oil as best as she can with an old towel? TERRIBLE customer service.
