South Point Apartments

Yes it has been a little bumpy i have lived here for almost 8 years and i believe that they have finally found a good fit as a manager,office staff,and manitence staff. Mrs. Patty is a very wonderful manager who's concern is us as residence and not just another rent check which is hard to find. Yes i have had some problems with A/C units freezing and leaks but the maintence stuff come out asap and i understand that it will have problems here and there considering the age of the property it's not a new one so just think with age comes a little bit of crecks and bumps but all get done in a timely fashion.The grounds are always clean and look great when i leave my residence in the morning and afternoon when i come home from work.The issues people are saying about the pool is a little crazy but all i do is go in the office and complain and the matter is taken care of right than and there.Now the other issues i'm not to sure about but no matter were u live it is never going to make everyone happy.I am a very happy resident and don't plan on moving from this complex what so ever.I hope that with this wonderful management change that has taken place that it continues and that other residence will see the same as i do with it. Also i hear alot of you complaining about maintence you should give them a little slack you do need to realize that it's not just you they have over 300 if not more apartments and they try there very hardest to get to everyone's problems but when they don't get there right away it isn't because they don't care it's that they put the important stuff first that will cause a bigger problem for you than something that can wait until the next day.
