Put in a work order today about both of our toilets, 1 in our Master bathroom and the other one in our 2nd bathroom and their response it wasn't a maintenance problem, it's considered housekeeping. Our apartment is immaculate and my husband and I have tried everything on our part/expense to resolve the issue and hasn't worked. I clean our tubs and toilets weekly as I mentioned to them, like you should do, it didn't even seem to bother them whatsoever. We pay high rent here and Maintenance should take care of this issue that I reported. I also requested by text to them to send me the Owner of the Property and have not received a response. Only responded by text to them, since that is how the office was contacting me, even though I reported it on the Resident Portal as required. Already sent photo's on the Resident Portal.

Been here for less than one month. First day gnats were all over our refrigerator. They so say cleaned it (wiped it down with a towel); obviously that would not do the trick since it had an origin and just died and landed on the bottom. First night all kinds of insects were crawling on the walls. Called management and the emergency number and they didn't even care. Management does not return phone calls and only cares about the rent money. We paid her in advance and she had her money and could care less. Well she finally sends another used fridge the 2nd day which had these same insects frozen at the top. I was confused as to why didn't anyone look at it before they brought it to our apartment. Well the maintenance man sees it and says he is going to hose it and bleach it. Well he brings it back and I see gnats and its eggs and for some reason he still did not take it apart. So of course I am pissed and annoyed that my food spoiled since I refused to put it in there. Management didn't call and let us know the update of the fridge. We moved in on a Friday and didn't get a fridge until the Wednesday after I had enough and confronted her. Back to the bugs in the bedroom- all they did was set foggers which I could have did myself. Bugs was still there. So I took measures into my own hands and sprayed the walls and I vacuum with Boric acid everyday. Well I received a folder while I was moving (literally my hands were full) with only my lease. We were told that all papers we signed would be in there and it wasn't. I asked for copies and I was told she does not usually give that (still has not received it). So the battle of the insects continue. Everyday since we move my husband has been videoing and taking pictures of the fleas in the tub and the spiders (a lot) literally at my door and walkway. They assured me they would clean it up. 3 weeks pass and still not clean. So my husband concerned for our godchildren cleaned it himself. Fleas still in tube and she seems to assume its our fault, but little do she know we video and documented everything. We don't own any pets. From this moment on I am certifying all my complaints to management through my lawyer. Soon as we save up we will be moving! Not to mention after we started moving in we found 2 crack pipes in the house and they agreed to change locks and still have not.
