        Overall
        poor management and lack of experienced staff

        The title says it all. Had a very unpleasant experience with serenity. I thought hospice was supposed to be compassionate. Please give your loved one the care and interview with another hospice for them. Very unpleasant staff and management. I was however very pleased with St Elizabeth hospice. Goodluck and blessing.
