        Horrible

        I have to give it one star but it doesnt even deserve that. They waited 3 days to start fixing my vehicle which then took a week to complete. It was a 2-3 day job at most. They never answer their phone which has a full voicemall so you cant leave a message. they never update you on the progress of the vehicle. Replaced parts without verifying first and werent open when I went to pick up my vehicle during their business hours. absolutely horrible service. Do not go here.

        THE BEST SERVICES!!! I am Army...

        THE BEST SERVICES!!! I am Army wife whos husband is deplyoed...shortly after my move i started having problems with my truck. After a bad experience with another shop, i took my truck to Herman. And he told me what the problem was ...I AM HAPPY I WENT THERE AND WILL CONTINUE TO GO THERE. THANK KILLEEN CAR CARE FOR ALL OF YOU HELP!!!

        Outstanding service, I have a small child and only one vehicle so its hard to wait for repairs but Herman made sure my car got the water pump it needed and took me home so I wasn't inconvenienced. When the car was done he delivered it to my house. Talk about service! I am so happy and Im glad I found this place. Thank you Killeen Car Care!

        i.e., Killeen Car Care is not the biggest shop but I can say that Herman and his staff are very honest people who will not give you the run around and try to sell you parts or charge you labor for things that do not need to be done. Killeen Car Care has made a wonderful first impression, that I will never trust but Herman and staff with my vehicle again. Thank you so much for everything that you have done for me.

        We've been to Killeen Car Care TWICE in just the past two months. My husband and I have been COMPLETELY satisfied on both occassions!We initially had a problem with our vehicle and went to a separate location. The problem was something that they could not fix and they DIRECTED us to Killeen Car Care. Great work was done in speedy time! The second visit... Our vehicle was seen on numerous occassions at FIRESTONE for the past 2 years, and they just could not fix the problem. Time after time we invested money into repairs with no results. AUTOZONE insisted that there wasn't a problem b/c there was no check engine light... Since our experience at Killeen Car Care was impressive, we returned there for a proper diagnosis. Sure enough, THEY WERE SUCCESSFUL in determining the problem when no one else could. Now our car runs great!!!!Thank you Killeen Car Care!!!!!
