This company is totally lackin...

This company is totally lacking in integrity. I have tried to participate in this local bank but am thwarted at every turn. I made a $500 payment on my credit card which was never credited to my account ( yet funds were taken from my checking acct). I went back and forth for months getting wrong contact info and hearing responses like, "that fax number hasn't been in service for a long time" After a year I gave up. I have closed my account now, and in trying to pay off, I cannot access the website because it has changed and they need my 3 digit code that is on the card they told me to cut up. I was told by the first CSA that I could make my payments online and now the latest person says that I can't because it is past due. It wasn't past due when I tried the first time. You can't access the phone number from the webpage because "the webpage does not exist" when you click on the "contact" link. Had to go to yellowpages.com for the number. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I was transferred and disconnected. I called back and told the person to stop answering the phone with the phrase, "Thank you for calling UMB where you can expect more". I told her I had been on hold then disconnected so she promptly put me on hold.
