Chris and the rest of the sales team were wonderful. The service was excellent and Ryan the Sales Manager was wonderful. Very professional staff and a fair price. My Wife and I couldn't be happier with the service and the new Honda.

Amir was probably the best car sales person I have ever worked with in my many years of purchasing cars. He wanted to know what was important to me in the experience, and he listened and followed through. Even the finance guy was tolerable (Josh)! Can't wait to try their service department, and looking forward to many years with Jay Wolfe Honda.

Your assistant service manager Roberto and your newest team member Courtney provided EXCELLENT customer service, and the ride home in your van driven by Jeff was also a pleasant experience. The reason for my visit was a check engine light and misfiring, resolved through an extended Honda warranty.

The best dealer I have come across. Sales guy Kris from Poland was exceptional. He helped with all I can ask for and called be thrice in a week to make sure I was happy with the car. The finance guy was also very good. His communication skills were so good. All the numbers, finance, additional coverage recommendation details were crystal clear. I have found the dealer for rest of my purchases and I would recommend Jay Wolfe to everyone I know -Raj

I always receive excellent service when I take my car to Jay Wolfe Honda. Yes, they're expensive; they're a dealership. But I've never felt that I was taken advantage of, or presented with service needs that were manufactured or untrue.



This last time, the cable for my gas tank cap cover malfunctioned, and they were able to get me in the very next business day and fix it. Melissa was my service advisor, and provided top service!



And I really appreciate their customer lounge; they have a coffee area which is staffed by a lovely lady and the area is arranged/designed in such a way to make your wait time as pleasant as possible. Thanks so much!

Excellent experience when I purchased the car and maintenance has kept it too good to warrant getting a newer model. Darn! Great chocolate chip cookies, even more important!

They basically told me the same thing. My car was junk because I didn't go there for service. I have have been in there more than once when they tell me there is a major issue that needs fixed. I end up going to my service place and they tell me it is not needed. I have now avoided Jay Wolfe all together. For any dealer service I have performed, I go to O'Neill Honda in OP. They are much more honest.

dont go to jay wolfe

I have taken my car there several times they are very nice,,,,, but the service is exspensive and youare going to go back. every time I have took my car htere i end up going back to get something else convienantly repaired. things that are expensive that can not be explained for no more miles i havee on the car. such as after a oil change and frontend alianment at 50,000 miles next day engin light comes on i take it back its the O2 sensor 480$ repair i ask isnt that unusual with thes miles? yes. but we cant explain. i call many other places to ask about it all siad not what hondas do.they should have called honda heads and replaced it in good faith. i could go on but I will just say dont go there .
