Service work on my Mercury Mariner is always superior. When I arrive, and the service staff greets me "good morning, Rita." Well, I'm totally blown away. Yes, I have a particular service manager, Erik Davidson, that I schedule my work through. But, for other managers to know my name is impressive. I feel welcomed. I will always have to buy a Ford product because I could not go anywhere else to have a car serviced.

Makes sure customer understands what service options are recommended and which services the customer is comfortable with doing before doing work without customer’s input. Work is completed in a timely manner, especially for customers with busy daily and work schedules.
