        Awful delivery

        I ordered a new bedroom set, which wound up with me cleaning snow, mud, water & tar off of my hardwood floors. Plus I had to go back & touch up paint. I also am still missing pieces to the set, which was delivered on 1/25/20104. I have contacted store several times & even visited store. No manager is ever there for some reason. Yet he was there on 1/1/2014 when I bought my set trying to sell my more items.

        DO NOT EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU ...

        DO NOT EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I purchased a new dining room set. When the furniture was delivered, it was quite obviously not new. The table was completely scratched and nicked, and the glass on the china deck is fogged and damaged. After some complaining on my part, they replaced the table, but they refuse to do anything about the china deck. I also purchased a "7 year total protection plan," but they refuse to honor it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
