They were very polite and helpful. The driver arrived when he said he would. He was able to place my car into a smallish spot without an issue, excellent driver! When I mentioned them to a friend they said that is who they always call as well.

I have AT&T Roadside assistance, which contracts with Allied Dispatch Solutions. I locked my keys in my vehicle on 9/3/17. I was put in contact with Allied Dispatch Solutions by calling the At&T Roadside assistance number. They were incredibly slow but finally found someone to come to my location. Then, the dispatcher told me I would have to pay for the service and they would refund my money.I submitted the receipt to email@example.com with my receipt. I was told my money would be refunded in 10 days. The refund never happened. I have contacted several people at At&t and Allied Dispatch. I was told my refund would be 10 days, then 30 days, then I was contacted by an Allied Dispatch employee and told it would be another 30-45 days. I spoke to her over the phone as was told some garbage about a $75 max payout. This tow was $34.50. Then, I was told that lockout services were not covered. They would only pay if the amount was OVER $75, which is ludicrous. I checked the AT&T roadside assistance and they provide lockout service. Yesterday, I was contacted via email from Allied Dispatch and told my claim was denied. I contacted AT&T and/or Allied Dispach and spent over an hour on the phone. Customer service was completely rude and unprofessional. I have found numerous complaints online of requiring the person to pay out of pocket when they use their service.
I have done business with Jim and the staff at Browns Mill for many years. They offer exellent service, fair pricing and damage free towing. Keep up the good work!
