Very rude receptionist, and a very subpar and invasive practice. Better to look elsewhere -------------------------------------------------
Did not know his simple procedure could send me into a nightmare. Was never told that this minimally invasive -procedure could cause a DVT. If you decide to have this procedure do your homework. 10 injections of blood thinners in the stomach, a prescription of Warfarin and a visit to my Primary Care Physician for referrals to Vascular Surgeon have me regretting I ever even considered the procedure. I am so depressed and have just enough energy to cook dinner and was dishes before I am back in bed again. I was extremely health had never taken any medications except for Vitamin C and E and some fish oil. I was active exercised and was at the gym 3 days a week. Never Again if I live through this... The staff has been in contact with me but don't seemed to be as concerned about my condition. Its been 10 days and I can make it from my living room to my car before becoming exhausted and having to sit down.
After lancing and draining an abscess, the doctor did not pack the wound with cause or culture the drainage to ascertain the appropriate followup antibiotics. Even though they kept me overnight they did not admit me so that I would have to pay more and my insurance pay less. The only food they offered contained gluten even though I have celiac disease. I had to walk down a hall to the bathroom without assistance in a hospital gown. I was too cold to sleep and had to ask 3 times for the extra blanket that I finally got around 2:30 am. The next time I needed emergent care I drove twice the distance to Morristown.
