Dear YPmobile User, We are sorry you had such a negative experience. We recognize each person's schedule may be different which is why we have quite hours from 10pm-8am daily, as well as other noise related policies in place to ensure all residents enjoy their home in peace. It is our policy to have the grounds cleaned by opening of business at 9am, and have modified the grounds crews' schedule to ensure operations are kept in line with our noise standards. We have also checked our marketing materials and have not found mention of an ad published by our community that mentioned a tanning bed, as this is not an amenity offered at our community. We also have a standard policy to show all prospective residents the clubhouse and actual apartment (not model) to be transparent and provide all future residents with the most accurate information. If we misrepresented the amenities offered here at Otter Run, we sincerely apologize as this is not our intent. We strive to ensure our residents have the most enjoyable experience and apologize if we did not resolve your individual situation in an effective and timely manner. We work diligently to ensure all resident complaints are resolved, but can only do so when they are brought to our attention.
