Overall

Had a horrible experience. Happened to look in the kitchen and the cooks were washing dishes and then cooking. Cross contamination at its best. Work in the health field and will let all my colleagues know about this one particular Chili's. Horrible!!!!

Needed a gluten free menu or list, and waitress brought all the allergy lists EXCEPT the gluten free lists. On arrival, hostess could not find gluten free list and said waitress would get it. Noisy, service slow, but they were busy. Felt that wait staff needs to be inserviced about gluten and allergy issues for customers.
