Wood & Huston Bank

I was a loyal Wood and Huston supporter for years. I even encouraged those I knew to bank there. Never again! I was sent a letter saying they listened to our requests and were changing their online banking system. Little did I know they were preparing to wipe out all my automatic bill pays and payment histories! When I called the bank, I was told they had lost their previous bill payment provider contract and that is why the system was changed. It had nothing to do with improving customer satisfaction. I don't appreciate being lied to and also having all my records for years wiped clean. I have no idea if they are going to send the payments through or not, and after repeated phone calls, no one there does either. I called the 877 number and the person answered Wood and Huston, but said he did not work for Wood and Huston. You people have really messed up this time and betrayed my trust! There are much more reliable banks out there that I can trust, I am sure.
