We just went through drive through and I wasn't done ordering. I said hold on a moment and she ended the order. I pull up and try to tell her I was not done. She was EXTREMELY rude. I told them to keep the food.✌️ We went to McDonalds and spent more there since they wanted to provide actual customer service. How sad for Burger King.
Had a huge issue with the worker named Jessica, as soon as we started ordering... It wasn't to her standards. She rolled her eyes, made a snark comment as I was tying to decide what kind of sandwhich, what kind of bread and what size I wanted. She then made a comment when my husband decided to get a sandwhich also. DEAR LORD YOU HAD TO DO YOUR JOB?! I have a feeling making sandwiches is beyond her mental capacity. She doesn't need to work there, I won't ever stop in that particular store again. I have a deep appreciation for the working class, I KNOW that working in the food industry is hard. But if it's too hard then do something else please! No reason to be rude to a nice person who just wants a sandwhich.
When I was a teenager I lived a 1126 Burr street I would take the kids we babysit on my three wheel bike and go to DQ for a treat, and now I'm 39yrs old and I live over on 433 S. Dettman Rd. and I still go to DQ in my electric wheelchair but I don't mind if it's 7 to 9 blocks away.
Poor excuse for a McDonalds, 10:30am.... Sorry no breakfast, even if they say all day it's not true. Sorry no manager to question, Sorry your order is wrong, Sorry, Sorry... And your sorry butts deserve $15 hourly for what again???
I was recently shorted on my multiple order. The tall female manager with glasses would not replace her mistake. Ill never go back there again, also found a hair in my fries before that. The manager told me it was my fault i didnt call. Didnt know it was my responsibility. Hopefully karma does its job on the tall, thick built, rude manager. Ill post her name when i find it out, i was too mad when she rudely said have a nice day sir, like the rude person she was.
These people want $15 an hour, and can't even get an order that is on a screen 2 feet in front of thier face. They then tell you it's your fault the order was wrong.
I called about a job application. I was told it was the lunch rush. I asked when it would be better to call back. She could not even answer that simple question. Wow just make sure to talk real slow to this resturant.
The customer service at this location is EXCEPTIONAL and warrants some sort of reward. When you look in the drive-thru window, you can see the employees hustling to hurry and get it done! FAST, friendly and I can't remember the last time I was repeatedly called 'sir' at a fast food establishment, WOW! The food has consistent proportions and is always FRESH tasting! Also, this is one of the few place I've been to that gives you a mint and wet-nap in your drive-thru bag. Simply Amazing!
