My first time back since they rebuilt after the big fire. It's beautiful inside. We waited about 30 seconds to get seated. No sooner did we order the food and it was being served. Wow, I can't even get a burger at McDonald's that fast. Food was delicious. Waitress was fast and kept checking on us. I just had a taco bowl salad because I had a big breakfast and wasn't very hungry. My wife had the Burrito Amigo. She must have been hungry because she ate the whole thing in no time flat. Food prices are comparable. Drinks are a little expensive for my taste but who wants poor people coming there to get drunk? Business was brisk with a lot of Hispanics amongst the customers. Need I say more?
Spicy place! The music is wonderful, it is a treat to all senses. The smell is amazing and the food, very well prepared. This is a good place to experience the Mexican treatment that you deserve.
I wish someone would upload a menu! Awesome little hole in the wall. Give it a try.
Went there, it was good and all but they're selling things WAY too expensively. I live on the border of Mexico and I eat Mexican food DAILY. Chilangos sells a burrito for like $13.00 when you can get authentic burritos here for like $2.50 each. Talk about capitalizing.
Terrible food and terrible owners. There has been 3-4 different owners in the last year, but these owners are the worst. The food did not taste the same as it did last time, chicken was tough, no flavor. So bad I couldn't eat it. Instead of steak they gave us ground beef and wouldn't remake the food. Then when I called to see if they would remake it he just said I was wrong and it was the same as last time. Wouldn't refund or remake the food. He was very rude on the phone and told me never to return. I will never eat here again. Don't waste your time. If I could give no stars I would. Go to Chilangos across the street.
Easily the best burrito in town, beats qdoba. fast service, great choices, and authentic taste.
