Passport Health Communications

This place was absolutely horrible. When I called to place the appointment over the phone, I was assured that Passport Health would be able to sign a form I needed for a study abroad program asking for a basic health overview, blood pressure, height and weight. Not only were they not able to sign my required travel form, which was ultimately why I left, the customer service was atrocious.



From the moment I walked in for my "consultation" I was bombarded with suspicion. In the waiting room, there were brochures warning of diseases, but also a display of travel kits containing medicine and other travel items. I should have known then. Our "consultation" was a sales pitch from the beginning. The RN there, who wanted to sign my form and stamp it with a doctor's stamp to "make it look official" - which is illegal by the way - went over my immunization records and then spent the entire time trying to sell me the other "necessary" kits which weren't really necessary at all.



After finding out that this RN couldn't legally sign my paperwork or help me, my companion and I left a "very disappointed" salesperson behind.
