        You can choose from 50 different ingredients and 12 dressings that can be assembled by a salad builder. The salad can come in a bowl or in a wrap. Ingredients range from grape tomatoes to strawberry, a steamed, salty soybean treat. Meat options include chicken, ham, turkey, crab and shrimp. The idea came from fast, healthy restaurants in Indianapolis that Carlos frequented. Indulge in one of our new Seasonal salads. We have two NEW exciting additions to our lineup!
