I went here with my family after church. Thee atmosphere was awesome as well as the food, but the employees and the service stunk. My Dads pasta was dry and crunchy and my mom got no sauce on her ravioli. We had to ask our waitress for more drinks. She should have asked us if we needed more to drink. 2 larger party that came in after us got there food and appetizers before we did. I'm not sure if I will go back again.
We were dining here for my mother in laws birthday because she loves their fried zucchini and the family style food. We've been twice previously, but this time their prices have sky rocketed. For eight adults to eat FAMILY STYLE (including gratuity and four beers total) it was $397. I called back to speak with the manager because I was unsettled on my drive home. He was very rude and unconcerned by ANY feedback I had for him. Nobody in our party felt satisfied for the money and we wont be back.
We've visited Maggiano's on several occasions and have always been very happy with the food. Tonight was crowded but when the clams weren't good enough to serve with the Linguine di' Mare, the chef came out to explain that she had put on extra seafood to make up for it and the waiter made sure we had a fabulous appetizer for the wait. They have a buy one take home another assortment of dishes which is a tremendous bargain. Portions are big. Maggiano's is one of the few restaurants that serves spumoni ice cream, so if you have a yen for that treat, absolutely go there.

Being married to an Italian, we took her father. They have a new bread and he said it reminded him of the bread his grandmother made. He is 89 years old. He loved the food and the choices. Being picky about his italian food, we were not sure he would like it as much as we did. He did. He loved it. When he returns to Indy he wants to go back, even if it is a thirty minute drive thru construction traffic.
The food is great, well prepared and hot. Service is very good. Highly recommend Maggiano's.

Maggianos has quickly become my favorite restaurant in town. The atmosphere is great, the food is well worth every penny - I've never had something I didn't like! We have always had great servers - very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Try the onion strings appetizer - inexpensive, large amount and absolutely delicious!

I loved going there for lunch with my family! It was $14 per/person for 2 appetizers, 2 pastas, 2 entrees, AND 2 desserts! All replenishible! Better than a buffet because it was fresh! Definitely the place to try! And I'm an Italian from the east coast!!

Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. We had my mother's 50th birthday party there with 12 people, we had great service, great food, and all you could eat... Reservations & Vallet parking... We orered 2 appitizers, 2 salads, 3 main courses, and 2 desserts. When the bowl emptied, they were right there to refill. This is a great place to eat...

I have been to Maggiano's in a few different cities. Atlanta, Chicago and Indy. All are good and all are worth the money. The management at the Indy location were great because at the last minute I had a very important reservation to pull together for a birthday and they helped me out. That is the above and beyond that makes a place great.
