Excel Nails

Great prices, great service, and great nail techs! They WILL tell you if you'll have to wait, or if they just don't have an opening. An appointment is best, and courteous. Open stations mean nothing if there is not a tech to service you - perhaps some people count stations instead of PERSONS. I have met nice people of different races there - perhaps the operative word is NICE?

A friend and myself went to this establishment on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010 at 12:57 in the afternoon only to be told that they didn't have time to do our pedicures and eyebrow waxes. There was one person waiting and there were 4 stations open. All of the customers being waited on were white and my friend and myself are black. Another woman came in and was told how long it would be before she could be serviced, she was also white but she wasn't turned away.
