Here's a funny story for you to read;Went to the Miami Beach Alton Road branch just recently and spent $1000 on new lenses and frames etc. Felt dizziness wearing them, and asked for another check up with the in-house doctor.He said that his prescription was correct and that the lenses were made wrongly! We immediately spoke with the manager who denied that they were made wrongly, and left the problem with me, by saying wear them more and see how they are. The manager further told me that when I leave the store that any problems are mine. She also said that the sales assistant who initially served me was most offended by me when dealing with me. I called the doctor to try to get this resolved and he did not return my calls. I called the sales assistant to ask her how I was offensive, and she denied any complaint to the manager and said she would try to resolve the problem of the doctor and manager fighting about a service issue, and leaving the problems with around 6 pairs of glasses with me ! I have since heard nothing, so called American Express and asked them to dispute the charges and get my money back.What a ridiculous careless and totally unprofessional manner of dealing with the public!Do not ever go there unless you wish to risk the nonsense I am going through!

Worst service in Florida. Moved from Georgia they were the best. Never any issues. I would not recommend For Eyes. It took over a month for my glasses to come in. When I called the manager Cathy, never returned calls. NO follow up unless less I hounded them
Sent a detailed letter to the head of Customer Service. After being a customer for over 30 years, I was not even done the courtesy of a reply. Three attempts were made to make my computer glasses. First failure was inferior frames....after different frames they could not get the lenses correct. So disappointed that my 30 plus years of patronage meant nothing. Am now searching for a new company that cares about its customers.
Worst experience ever! It took a month to get the glasses. The staff at the store was not helpful and neither was the corporate office when I called.
If I could give this company a negative 5 , I would do so !
My wife and I have a great time at Dr. Lue's office he was effective, patient, informative and the pricing over all was reasonable. He very calm about 3 year old son asking the questions that 3 olds ask, and was efficient at what he does. Over all a great experience.
