Las cinco estrella va en especifico para el mejor estilista que este salon ha tenido desde su apertura, Eddy Zuñiga, un excellente profesional especializado en el cuidado del cabello y estilo. Anteriormente yo me atendi en este salon con otras peluqueras pero nunca habia estado tan comoda ni muy satisfecha con los resultados. Despues de algunos años, regrese a este salon, con esperanza de encontrar a algun estilista para que hiciera un milagro en mi cabello, ya que tuve una terrible experiencia en otro salon de belleza que no me supieron hacer Highlights. Afortunadamente, tuve la suerte de que me atendiera este maravilloso estilista, Eddy Zuñiga, quien es muy amable, delicado, agradable y sobre todo poseedor de un gran talent y conocimiento en el cuidado y estilo del cabello. El hizo un excelente trabajo en mi cabello y un corte divino, la verdad que el es un artista o mago en el cabello!. El es excelente un gran profesional que se merece 5 Estrellas ***** y mas!! se los recomiendo a todas! I previously came to this salon and I was helped by other hairdressers, however, I was not very satisfied with the service, and never felt so comfortable with any hair dresser before. After few years, I returned to this hair salon hoping to find a new stylist who was able to perform a miracle in my hair because I had a terrible experience at another salon that the hair dresser didn’t know who to do Highlights and ruined my hair!. Fortunately, I was very lucky to find this wonderful stylist, Eddy Zuniga, who is very kind, gentle , friendly and above all possess a great talent and very knowledgeable of his work. He is excellent a great professional who deserves 5 stars ***** and more!! I highly recommend him to everyone!

I debated writing this review for some time because I understand how impactful reviews can be to businesses, so I tend to leave them only if I have 5 stars to give. In this case, I decided it would be unfair to let others get duped out of money by this 'business'. It doesn't seem like any one manages their reviews (like every other aspect of the business- aside from the credit card swiper), but I hope others find it helpful before they get shafted. I should have read reviews and asked others if they had heard of this place beforehand, but I didn't, and here we are. I paid $360.00 for 6 sessions of laser-lipo, and in short I only went in for 2 sessions. For my third session, they wanted to give me less machines then what I had initially paid for because they had 'accidentally' double booked my apmt. with someone else, and apparently the other client was more important. After realizing no one here knew what they were doing, and that the 'technicians' weren't properly licensed or accredited, I asked the owner (Jennifer) for a refund. She started off very nice, offering other services instead, then claiming she could only give a store credit - which lets be honest, why in the world would I want a store credit? I wanted no part in whatever was going on here. She then went on to say she was going to sue me? I'm not sure exactly for what she'd be suing me for, but I can just assume that she couldn't take my honesty? I went about disputing it with my CC, and although the merchant never refunded me any part of my $360.00, my credit card company went above & beyond to help me resolve the issue and credit me back the money I was scammed out of. Side Note: The owner also decided to falsely state to my CC company that I had basically told her the reason I was disputing the charge was because I was strapped for cash, which I found particularly laughable! The good news is: I tested this place out, so you don't have to. Spend a little extra money and go to somewhere reputable ;)

Great experience and love my hair specialist Yesica. Affordable prices and working hours. Always on time when I make appointments.

I bought a groupon for $ 79.00 for 3 one hour of Lipo Laser sessions ,its a very nice place,great staff but I DID NOT lose even a 1/2 of inch. It was a waste of money

I have been going to the miami lakes location since 2014. Hair stylist *Yesika* is extremely excellent. Shes kind and proffessional. She listens closely to my request and she delivers!! Im very pleased with her work and overall the staff at this office are all great stylist!!
