USA Mattress

I bought a mattress at Sears, The worst in the world,after fighting with them for2 years and they would do nothing to take care of my back problem. I stumbled in to USA mattress Allen and his son welcomed me like family.Allen listened to my story and had me try a few. I purchased a mattress and now I'm glad Sears never did anything about it. I'm soooooo happy and my back hasn't bothered me in a week. Thank you Sears and "THANK YOU ALLEN".Bless you.

I was shopping for a new mattress when I wondered into this store. It is in a shopping center with 2 other furniture stores. The owner was there and came up and greeted me right away with a smile and a handshake. After introducing herself, she thanked me for coming in and asked how she could help me. Instead of trying to get me to lay on a bunch of beds, she asked me how I slept, if I had any pain in my back or shoulders, and a couple of other questions, only then did she ask me to try out a few beds. I picked out a nice pillow top set with memory foam in the pillow top. I have had the bed for about a month now and have had my best sleep ever. Janice was great during the entire sale and gave me a delivery date right away and followed up the day before delivery to make sure that the day still worked for me. This is a family owned business and it sure shows. (They even have pictures of their kids on the walls) I would happily recommend anyone go there to get their new mattress.

The store was clean and comfortable. Most stores are too crowded with their stock that you cant walk around comfortably. The owner, Allen, was very nice and willing to work with my budget. He knew what beds to point me to that were soft (my preference). I found the PERFECT bed at a super great price and delivered the next day!! I have had the bed for a few weeks now and I still feel like I am sleeping like a baby! Thanks Allen!!

I went all over town looking at mattresses.. I felt like a piece of meat at most places, with salesmen only interested in selling me a bed. Here, I felt comfortable from the time I walked in and saw a neat, clean store and a smiling face to greet me. Allen took the time to ask me about me and based his recommendations on what I said. He showed me a few different mattresses and let me choose what felt best for me. My mattress was delivered by the delivery company at the time they promised. Its only been a week, but I am loving my mattress.

Wow, talk about fast service and great prices.. I bought my mattress this morning and it has already been delivered to my house.. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and the delivery people were on time and helped me move a piece of furniture I bought at a different store.

The mattress selection was great. The owner is there all the time and was very helpful in finding a good mattress for my price range. My delivery was on time and the guys were very professional
