This furniture store is such a fun place to shop and look around. When you first come into the store there is a friendly greeter that acknowledges you and will direct you if you need it.
The layout of the store is nice, you can follow a "circular path" and see everything. I like how each department is unique but part of the whole store at the same time.
The employees are very friendly and helpful.

When my husband and I moved to Henderson, we didn't bring much in the way of furniture and decorations, deciding to start fresh. Almost everything we have in our new home is furnished and decorated with RC Willey merchandise - over a year of shopping. One great thing is if you pay a nominal fee, you get free shipping for a year. There were a few times we had to return items - returns were very easy. They also have great electronic and appliance areas. We purchased items from those departments also. My favorite furniture/appliance store in the whole Las Vegas valley. They always have great specials and giveaways. They have another store in Las Vegas.

On Saturday 05/20/2016, I went there and at the end of my browsing, asked for "Free First Aid Kit". The lady in charge said "We've run out of that, I'm sorry!

Ku, I'm sorry about the issue. Our promotional items are first come first serve until they are gone. We try to have alternative promotional items just in case we run out. We try to work with our customers where we can with the promotional items where possible. Have purchased items for several years for our home and our childrens homes. We just recently purchased a new home in Henderson, closer to the store and just purchased a 65" smart TV, bedroom set, floor standing bookshelf, desk leather/chrome chair, patio furniture set, dresser for another bedroom, wall decor items, LG washer and dryer, Samsung French Doors Refridge, Trash compactor, water softner, family room couch and 2 side chairs, glass/chrome coffe table all for the new house. Prices were great and were able to 'work some deals' on a few items. My daughter just bought a house and she is also shopping at RC Wileys for almost the same items we just got.. Friendly slaes people and no high sales pressure. They take the time with the jcustoner and no rush job. Very helpful to recommend.

Everyone was super helpful! Went back on four separate trips since buying my house because they had the best furniture. Also bought a mattress from them too. Each time has been great. :)

We decided to give RC Willey a shot even though they had bad reviews because the pricing was decent and they were close and we couldn't have made a bigger mistake. Purchasing the item was no problem but delivery was a disaster. Not only did they not make the delivery on time, of which we had to block out a 4 hour time frame for the privilege of having them only deliver for $60, they had some call center rep constantly tell us "Its gonna be a little late, its gonna be a little late." Finally we get a call back and some other call center rep says jokingly "The truck broke down". We then rescheduled to the next week and a manager was supposed to call, but of course never did and the delivery never arrived on the rescheduled date. When we called back in some other call center clerk tried talking in circles saying "You were supposed to call the manager and we never confirmed the delivery". Not only was she extremely rude, as the other clerks had been as well, she tried to continually talk through the both of us like we had done something to inconvenience her. Unbelievably unprofessional people....we ended up canceling the delivery and demanded refund (which was also a pain to get done). Will NEVER EVER go to RC Willey or recommend this company since its run by a bunch of low class clerks that can't figure out how to keep a commitment

So my boyfriend and I went to purchase a mattress bed set and end tables. The experience in the store was fine. We paid about $5000 in cash while we were there. Then when our furniture was delieverd the mattress was right and they had given us the wrong bed set...a cheaper one!!! We told the delivery guys to take it away along with the end tables that didn't even match, but we will keep our Tempur-Pedic mattress. So when we went to the store ASAP they gave us the run around and said ""we can't give you cash back only check"" No signs saying that...but after we walked outside they put signs up. then they said ""sorry we start each till out in the morning with only $100 cash...you'll have to wait an hour or up to 8 hours, when we get the cash in you'll get yours back"". Let me remind you that the chinsy little bedset they had in their possesion. All we wanted back was $2500 cash back because we paid them cash. Their mananger there...Matt Vindetta THE MOST UNPROFFESSIONAL MAN I HAVE EVER MET!!!! We asked since they only have $100 in each till and that they couldn't go to the bank or their safe if he could put in writing that we would get our money back. He said no and that he would call LOSS PREVENTION on us....lol What are they going to do.... He said they would escort us out of the store! Um...we had given back the furniture they have our cash and he's trying to get us out of there. SO we started to get angry so we left..with the hope they would call us back to give us our money back. As we were at the car, Jared Dotty the loss prevention manager called us back in saying he has our money. Weird how one manager acts like an arrogant and disrespectful to paying customers another manager in a different department calls us back in within minutes. I think that MATT VINDETTA is the most ignorant discriminating man I have ever met. From now on I will go to ETHAN ALLEN in Las vegas. We'll get treated how your supposed to!!!
