This was my first and last visit. I arrived at this clinic at 11:30 AM. I had a chest infection that hit me hard overnight and I knew that my employer would not let me come back to work without seeing a doctor. My regular doctor was closed. There were two patients in the lobby. After getting paperwork done I asked the receptionist/nurse how long she thought it would take before I get seen. I asked this because I had heard horror stories of the wait time. She said 30-35 minutes. 45 minutes later a patient came out of the treatment area with a gauze bandage on her ring finger. She was not in the lobby when I arrived. I took note of the waiting and was finally called back 1 hour and 5 minutes after turning in my paperwork. My vitals were taken and when the nurse was taking my blood pressure she had to do it twice. During the second time, I thought my arm was going to explode. The cuff would not stop inflating. I said something to the nurse and she said, "That happens with every other patient. We have had problems with it." I was already stressed because I hate going to doctors and my wait was past an hour (I hate waiting), so my heart rate and blood pressure were high and with the cuff not stopping its inflation, I can only assume that my stress levels were going through the roof. She put me in room one and I waited some more. 15 minutes later the doctor still had not come in. I was fed up and started to leave. The doctor said she could see me now and I told her I would see my regular doctor on Monday. The facility was not clean. The floor was definitely dirty and looked like it had not been swept in a week. I used the restroom and there was greasy residue on the hand dryer, sink and toilet handle. The toilet seat was dirty. However, the trash can was empty with a fresh bag in it. I will never go back and now have to call my insurance company to let them know what happened so they do not pay this clinic anything, especially since I was never examined by the doctor. I will eat the $35 co-pay and chalk it up to lesson learned.
