        Snow White Cleaners lost a pair of pants and it has taken a month to have this issue resolved . I went three times to The Establishment to see if I could find the pants and there was no resolution . Once I placed a negative review on Yelp and Facebook I got a call from the owner's wife who spoke better English and she was willing to resolve the issue. They reimburse me for the pants that was lost so now my review is three stars instead of 1 star.
