Awesome, friendly staff her. Big bonus is they do all the work on-site, so you never have to worry about where your clothes are going or who is doing the cleaning.

Great place, very friendly. They learned me by face within a couple visits.

Also, very fair prices (lower than most in Eagle's Landing area).

I feel bad for the couple of other posts here, they've clearly had bad experiences. All I can say is that I've brought hundreds of articles of clothing here to be cleaned, gotten a few alterations done and had a couple large comforters cleaned. Never had a single issue with any of them.

I would recommend this place to anyone of my friends or family. It it's a very wholesome family owned business (the main people you see are the mother and daughter). I've gone through many drycleaners in the area before and this one is hands-down the best service and bang for your buck.

I usually do the 10 piece special every month and a couple of extra dress shirts for work. This place has given me the best price for the number of items I bring in. I have also taken many comforters and blankets to them and have been amazed at the prices for some of them. (15 bucks for whole bed set!!! Yes please!!!)

This only reason I gave them a 4 on promptness is because sometimes the daughter has to make sure with the mom on some orders, but other than that I have never spent more than 10 minutes in a line there. They have a drive thru which defienitly has with the promptness and convinience (although if you need alterations, you'll have to get out of your car to try on your clothes there if you want exact measurements)

Overall you can't beat the customer service or price of a small family owned business that cares. The turn around time for orders are also very good. They work with your schedule!!!!! Would definitely reccommend this to anyone looking for a new drycleaners.

This business should be closed because they to mean to the customers. I never go back there again, I took my true religion jeans to hem , after I took them home I try them on they were so long , I call them and spokes with the owner , she told me that ,she will charge to redo it . I would go find some where else to fix it, my true religion jeans cost over $200.00 ea .so lucky they did'nt cut too short , so that could'nt fix them. I highly recommend friends not to try them. It would give them no star

I took a sweater with beads in to be cleaned. I returned and looked at my clothes and beads were missing. I asked where were the beads. I was then told it was broke and they brought over a box with the beads inside and the material the beads were attached with. I was then told the item was cheap it was made in China. I replied this is an expensive sweater. Then I was asked could I not wear without beads. She then went on to say when the item was washed it broke. I then asked why was the item not dry cleaned she then proceded to say that the item was dry cleaned. She then brings a bag to say this is where I had the sweater and beads broke. The daughter then states she says it not fair to blame her for cheap item. She will pay you for the cleaning not for the sweater. I will never go there again. My sweater is refined.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Took dress to hem. Did fitting with heels on etc. When I went to pick up the dress, tried it on again with same shoes and it was still too long. Owner (mother) and daughter convinced me it was ok. I paid $40. After trying on dress when I went home it was definitely too long. I took the dress back the next day, spoke to mother and daughter again, they want to charge me $20 more to fix their mistake. I told them I don't think it was fair since the dress was not done properly the first time. Mother was very mean and rude insisting I have to pay. I told them that was not customer service and I would prefer to pay someone else $20 than have to deal with this horrible service. I went to my vehicle then the mother comes out the store saying she will charge me $10 instead. The dress was a bridesmaid dress so I decided just to pay the $10 and get it done. When I went to pick up the dress the second time and pay the $10, the daughter kept holding the $10 bill to the light to make sure it wasn't counterfeit. Like I would risk going to jail for $10. Smh. Aside from the horrible customer service, I found it amazing that they were so desperate for $10. In the grand scheme of things $20 or $10 is not a lot of money, but it was the principle behind it. The store itself is filthy, carpet was black and stained even after they supposedly cleaned it. Looks like they hire under paid illegal immigrants to work there. There was a Hispanic child hanging around the store...believe her mother was working there. I personally would never do business there again. I would advise one to check and double check yr item before paying. Doubt $10 would make/break their business.
