I just have to say that Gabriel, Olga and their entire staff are terrific. I will be completely honest, I was not even aware that glass shower doors existed until I happen to come across their website one day. I took a few minutes to browse through the photo galleries and decided this was something I wanted in my home. From that moment on I have not once regretted my decision, everything from scheduling for someone to come estimate my door to picking the door that best suited my needs (which they were a wonderful help with) to the day of installation was timely and professional. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and will be contacting them in the very near future to assist with my next project, which is a complete overhaul of my master bath. I know they will do as wonderful of a job with that as they did my very first shower door. :)

WONDERFUL!!! I discovered Carolina Shower Door through a Google search and called. My first impression was courteous and professional. So I scheduled to have my shower measure. I was contacted the day prior to my appointment just as a reminder of my upcoming appointment. Gabriel arrived the very nest day just as I was told he would, he very carefully an accurately measured for my shower door. Then came the fun part all the decisions and choices, which Gabriel and his staff actually made much easier than I anticipated. My door was ordered and I was contacted with an installation date. The installers arrived right on time and were extremely professional and took great pride in their job and my overall satisfaction with my shower door. I was given a few pointers on how to care for it and all was good. In the end I am now enjoying an amazing and beautiful glass shower door.

From the day I scheduled my free in-home estimate to the day my new door was installed everything was communicated clearly and in a timely manner. I would be telling others about this company and showing off my beautiful new shower door.

I had initially written a good review for the company. Once we started using the shower, I noticed several cracked tiles on the floor of the shower. Left a msg. for Carlos but he never responded. Also wrote an e-mail to Carolina Shower door and never heard back from Gabriel. I was going to have Carlos tile my kitchen backsplash but decided to have someone else do it, in light of the fact that he did not have the courtesy or business sense to call us back and see if he could fix the problem. Not a good way to run a business!!!

Owner has AWFUL customer service! He has bad reviews all over the place. So sorry I used him.

Do not do business with this company. The owner has the worst customer manner I've seen. He is disrespectful, dishonest, and does not deliver what was promised. He has many excuses all of which are the customer's fault. I regret giving this company one dime of my hard earned money. Stay away!
