Exceptional work and professionalism from Gabriel and his crew. They were very curteous and efficient and stayed in contact throughout the entire process. The enclosure was exactly as they said it would be and my wife and I are very pleased. Thanks again
Top notch job, from the initial measurements by Gabriel to the installation by John and Daniel. The price was fair and I am totally satisfied with the final result. It is a pleasure watching true professionals at work.

We are in a new home in the Upstate and when the contractor did our master bathroom, in spite of us meticulously picking out nice wall and floor tile he chose to use a "builder quality" framed shower enclosure which really did not do the great tile job justice. I found Carolina Shower Door through a Google search and my wife and I stopped in to see what our options were. We were greeted by two very professional and competent office staff members (Sorry I do not recall their names) and explained our situation to them and they assured us it is not uncommon. They scheduled an appointment for us with Gabriel the following week and just like clockwork he and his assistant arrived exactly at the scheduled time. They carefully measured the shower to be proof positive of no errors and quoted me a very fair price. After thinking about it we decided to go ahead with it and contacted Gabriel and gave him a small deposit to begin the process. About a week and a half later we received a call that the new enclosure was ready to be installed. An appointment was made and once again at the exact scheduled time the crew consisting of Olga, Jairo, and John arrived ready to work. I could not have asked for a more pleasant or professional group of people to work in our home. They took complete pride in the project from start to finish and the shower enclosure is now something we are very proud of. I would like to say thank you to the entire company from the office staff all the way to the work crew. You are all an asset to your company and I would have no problem recommending your services to anyone.
I just completed a remodel of our Master Bath, the glass enclosing the shower being the last item to finish the job. I used Carolina Shower Door for this part of job. First off, we had a scheduled apt for the measuring, they confirmed day before and called day of giving me an exact time. They arrived at exactly that time, I was impressed. They measured, and the went back and remeasured to double check, gave me cost, which I found to be more than fair. They thought about 2 weeks for delivery, turned out to be a couple days less. Set up an apt that was convenient and received phone call night before to confirm. The morning of got a heads-up call they would be arriving within the hour. Again, right on time. John Lopez and Daniel Slatton were the installers, very professional right from the time of arrival til departure. They estimated 2 1/2 hours to complete, was slightly less. Very meticulous, neat and constantly being careful about surroundings. Enclosure was exactly the way it was measured, "measure twice, cut once". After completion, something I had never seen before. They asked me to inspect there work AND, CHECK TO MAKE SURE THEY DID NOT DAMAGE ANY SURROUNDING AREA. They had not, but for them to be that concerned tells me something, they are not just working for a paycheck, they truly took pride in doing a good job. Everything was cleaned up, shower is perfect. I would highly recommend Carolina Shower Door.

GREER AREA PATRONS - READ BELOW!!So I needed 2.5 feet of 1/8th glass cut - in 3 pieces(1@ 12x12 and 2 @12x8). I went yesterday and dropped off the templates to Dixie Messer glass on Main street. Ive had these exact pieces of glass cut from them before and the bill was very reasonable around $40. This time I didn't ask for a quote as I figured it "may" be more at most $75. I was called to a bill of $131!! I was then told this 1/8th frosted glass was $18.00 a SQ ft and I had to pay for 6 feet of it. I said fine and asked for the remaining glass - to which the lady owner told me that its in the garbage as they don't keep cut offs. What I don't understand is why would they throw away MORE glass than I took from the 6 sq ft section - it that was true. I tried to be logical, respectful, and nice to the elderly lady owner but she told me just to go somewhere else. She told me its like lumber - you pay for a certain amount no matter what size its cut. Funny - last time I bought a sheet of plywood at Home Depot and had it cut for the size I needed - I got to keep BOTH PIECES!!I left without spending money and without my glass.Just thought Id put it out there. Now I have to find a new glass shop to get my glass cut for the heated build plates for my printers.
Ordered a new glass shelf for my curio cabinet. Took them one of the original shelves that had one corner chipped off about half an inch. I pointed that out to the woman. Picked it up today and didn't notice until it was actually in the cabinet that they copied the chip!! Not really a big deal but I did spend $30 for it. I called and the same woman was not apologetic at all. She told me that I could bring the shelves back but it's a huge inconvenience. I needed to get this taken care of because I had all this stuff sitting around in the way and Christmas is next week!! It really bothers me that this woman never said, "I'm sorry." I'm afraid if I go back in there I may regret what I say. I'll just remember NOT to ever go back there.
