Worst place ever to order from. We ordered our meal and had to tell them our room number when staying at a hotel because they didn't ask for our room number even after clearly saying we were at a hotel. Our hotel is 2 minutes from the restaurant; 0.88 miles. After over an hour had passed, we called and they said they had came but no answer and said a wrong room number. The room number was not said once but twice on the original delivery call. We once again gave the correct room number. Fifteen minutes later they were still not here. So, we called back and canceled the order. They said it was on the way and we told them we didn't care and did not want it. By that time it would be cold and not fresh. Five minutes later, the delivery driver showed up. I told them we canceled the order and closed the door.

I don't understand why we had to call to find out what was taking so long with our order and why they did not call and why the driver did not call, go to the front desk with our last name or go to the front desk and use their phone if they did not have a cell phone. I am horribly dissatisfied with this place and will never order from them and I recommend anyone else to not order from Pollo Pizza Pasta either.
