I bought a 2012 Expedition out of state and the dealer included a dvd player. I didn't want to wait out of state to pick it up. So they shipped it to me and I was going to have it installed here in town. I called Extreme audio and they wanted to sell me headrest dvd players instead of the overhead I already had. I said no I just want the one I have installed. They quoted me two hours at $75 dollars per hour. No problem. My wife called and made and appointment. She let them know that she would have to wait for the truck. There place is under construction and they had no place to wait. So she took an uber to the mall. And sat and waited for 3 Hours. She never heard back, but figured that they must be done by now. When she got there, nothing was done. They said they knew a half hour into it that they could not do it, but never called. Just let my wife sit. Funny I called Muntz and they said no problem and we set up an appointment with them. I have no idea why they couldn't do it.I see ford expeditions everywhere with dvd players in them. I think it's just because we didn't buy the dvd player from them. Muntz has no problem doing it. I am also buying headrest dvd players from muntz as well for my other truck. If Extreme audio didn't have the expertise to get a dvd player installed, then they should have called and let my wife know, instead of letting her sit. This place is joke. They are out my install and two headrest dvd players, because they couldn't make a phone call. Don't go there. !!!!!
A week ago i wanted to change my service to cricket for a better plan but instead i got the worst customer service from this guy named Matt. He was a really rude person, like if you don't like working at a certain place whats the point of working at all. you always have to respect your customers no matter what. sprint gives me better customer service

I've been a Sprint customer for a few years, first reason is customer service out of all service locations and stores the Onieda Store is by far the best. Sometimes it can be a long wait but I've learned to make appointments. I always use Kevin he goes out of his way, and above and beyond to solve what ever problem you may have. I'm a business owner myself and I appreciate that he's smart, intelligent and doesn't talk over your head. This employee makes Sprint a better provider.

I've been to this store a few times since moving to the area. Each time I swear it just gets worse... I know sales personal are usually paid on commission, but even taking that into consideration the way that I have been treated at this store has been unbelievable. The first time I went into the store because my Iphone stopped getting service, no matter where I was it said "No service"... when going into the store I was told I was not getting service because they were working at a tower by my house. Apparently, working on ONE TOWER ruins my entire service? That makes no sense. I had no service in town, in the city and in a different state. After attempting to talk to the sales associate for a good hour they told me I had to direct my problem to customer service.. Fine, whatever. Called customer service, it turned out it had nothing to do with the tower, my phone was busted inside. If the people at the store would have looked at it they would have seen that. I had to travel 2 hours to Milwaukee to get my phone replaced by Apple. Second time I went in the store, since I was unfortuntly under contract still, I went in to get information about other plans. Once I told the sales person I was there for information he ignored me and told me to refer to the internet for any help I may need... Ok.. so as soon as you think I'm not buying something I'm not worth your time? PATHETIC! Third and final time!!!! I upgraded a line on my account to a newer phone, did the process online because frankly, I HATE dealing with this dumb people in the store. I got a confirmation email saying the phone was purchased and I will receive another email when the phone is ready to be picked up. About an hour later I received that email and headed over to this dreadful store. Once I arrived, greeted promptly. Told them why I was there yada yada. They lost my order. Claiming I must have done it wrong. According to them it didnt exist, even though I had the emails, the order number, and confirmation. They pulled up my account and previous orders on their IPads...no new information for this new device. This was all on my lunch hour, so I was crunched for time. Once I realized this was going NO WHERE (LIKE USUAL) I called customer service while I was still in the store. The sales guy REFUSED to talk to Customer service and told me to tell him I needed to tell CS how to do his job and they had no idea of the policies for picking up phones in store. This dumb sales guy had NO idea when he was talking about. I talked to the manager at customer service after storming out of the store for a good 15 minutes confirming that the staff in the store had no idea what they were talking about. When customer service called the store directly they claimed their computers were down, which is complete BS. They found all my information from a previous order, how could the computers be down hmm!?!? Avoid this place if you can. I can promise you're in for some disappointing service
