The Good:Answered my call right away, arrived in an hour, got my keys out of my car in 5 minutes. The Bad:VERY rude, both the man who answered the phone and the man who arrived. They both sounded very annoyed that I was asking for their help. Made me feel stupid for needing their help. The Ugly:Cost $52, which is the top of the tier when talking about having a locksmith open your car, averages around $30-$50.

If you want to deal with rude people this is definitely the place to go!!! It makes me sick I even have to give them one star but this sight won't let me leave a review without a star. After being in a bad car accident my jeep commander was towed to kozloski. I went to grab what I could out of my vehicle on a Friday and was pushed to hurry up so they could close up shop so was unable to get ALL of my things. Told the owner Bobbie kozloski that I would be back next week to gather the rest of my things. The next week came and my vehicle was no longer there!! Come to find out the owners released my vehicle without my consent! Mind you I told her I would be back... I owned my jeep free and clear no loan on it what so ever! Now my vehicle is in Milwaukee and unable to get the rest of my property out of it! I still have over $2,000 of my stereo system in my jeep I can not get back now thanks to them! They can not release a vehicle without the owners consent to release the vehicle! I have attended to settle this 3x now the nice way and ask for a check for my things I can't get thanks to them. Bobbie the owner refused to even admit they were in the wrong. She was the rudest woman I have ever dealt with in my life!!! See you in court!
My car broke down and towed by Kozloski towing.
