I recently went to BBN Salons to get my hair and make-up done for my senior pictures, wasn't worth it. All my stylist did for my hair was blow dry it, straightened it and threw some hair spray on it. I could have done that myself. My hair is extremely thin, so it has no body and she just teased it a little in the back, but as soon as i stepped over to get my make-up done it was flat. It looked extremely greasy and flat, especially in my photos. My make up was done nicely but up close up it didn't hide any of my imperfections and considering I was getting my head shots and close ups done that day, it was kind of necessary. Considering I didn't have many imperfections I was really hoping that they could conceal the few i had. Also their "grease block" lotion that they put on before make-up, didn't do anything. Within a half hour my face was shiny. I do have to say their service was great, and their staff was very personable. They just need to work on customizing their work to their clients. It was very known that my hair was thin and bodiless and I was hoping that she would know what to do to help my hair look its best.

I was so excited when I found out that they do Ouidad haircuts, but I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I've read time & time again that curly hair should never ever ever be cut wet, so I assumed that the Ouidad cut would be a dry cut to shape my curls. However, as soon as I met with my stylist, she lead me over to the washers and immediately wet down my hair. I wanted a shorter cut with layers so that my curls would frame my face, but the layers I ended up with are all close to the same length and I tend to get that awful triangle shape now. I know to be a Ouidad stylist it takes special training, but it seems like they just claim to be a Ouidad salon and aren't really.. All in all, I feel my $85 ($100 with a tip) haircut was something I could have gotten for $20 at another salon. :(
I have been coming to this salon since it opened under newsyle salon about two years ago? The prices and service are reasonable considering I use to do hair. I get the same service for half the amount I use to spend on at fancy salons. The crew is small there and I see the same friendly faces there. Yes there is pressure to buy products but that's every sales persons job. Fyi a hairdresser is a sales person and they're only educating you (from my past salon days I can definitely say!) Don't be scared to say "no, thanks" that's all it takes! but the girls there and the service is great =)
I just want to say how happy I am about the experience i had at New Style Salon on Main Street! I purchased a groupon online, and had my highlights done there...I was a little nervous going somewhere new, but I'm so happy i found it! My Stylist was great, very accommodating! On top of the AMAZING HIGHLIGHTS she did, she really did a good job teaching me on how to style my hair the way she did, she didn't do something that i wouldn't be able to do at home. I was so happy with my experience, she gave me some referral cards to give to my friends, and I am going to send them all in!
Hands down- The BEST haircuts I've ever received in my entire life have been at Elements! I have been going to Kristie for 8 years now, and she makes me (or at least my hair ;-) look like a super model every time. Her experience, skills, and training with Ouidad on thick, naturally curly hair is worth every penny of my two $80 cuts every year (regular in-between cuts are less than half that, but the curly cut and style is simply amazing)!
This place is great! The best hair cut and color I've ever received. I was greeted with a warm beverage, was given a tour of the spa (I've already booked a facial!) and left looking great! The stylist was very friendly and gave me great advice on a new look. I couldn't be happier. The hand and scalp massage was a wonderful bonus. I will most definately recommend this place to my friends. Spa Day here we come!
Moe has been my tattoo artist for years! He is the only man I would trust to work on me. His demeanor is excellent, very professional, and makes me feel like he cares because he actually cares about his work and his clients. He is the only tattoo artist in Green Bay that I would recommend any person searching for new ink to go see. You won't be let down!
I have had my hair, facial, nails, massage done here. The people have been great, professional and very informative. I even gave a day at the spa to a very close friend for her birthday and she said it was owesome and would recommend it to everyone. I have always had the best service, products at Chameleon and would recommend it to everyone.
Mary Frelich hairstylist Awesome stylist!!! Always stays up to date with latest products and trends. Her prices are very reasonable. My husband and myself go to her for cuts & style and are always pleased. I have been going to Mary since 1976 and will not change until she retires. You can't go wrong with Mary as your stylist.
I recently saw Beth at BBN Salon and Spa and she knows exactly what looks great and works well for my hair type. Beth is extremely knowledgeable with product information for styling and can show you how to do your new look at home yourself. I would highly recommend Beth at Salon BBN for great haircuts, color and styling.
