My husbands CPap was not working properly--potentially a life threatening situation. He called Hart Medical in Grand Blanc to report this and ask for a new one(it was 4 years old). No one called back. He finally took it to them and the office girl was very, very rude to him. My husband is a very polite man yet she talked down to him and said he needed a perscription from the doctor. He went to his doc and had the script faxed to them. Still no word. He called and they said they did not receive it. Doc office sent it again. They said they had it and would call to follow up. Nothing!! His CPap stopped working. He called again and had to make an appointment to get a temporary replacement. Last night is the first good sleep he has had in a long while. What is with this company? Rude, terrible service--so sorry we are doing business with them.
I love knight drugs in grand blanc, you don't even have time to sit down before they call your name and your done. Also there prescriptions are always cheaper and they match prices, they are fantastic!
They are extremely helpful and personable! I drive a distance because you just don't get that kind of service from chain pharmacies.
Been going there for years and was told that a script that was just wrote wouldn't be filled - Nothing wrong with the script just their policy - strange as it was fine by my doctor they just preferred different wording nothing wrong with the actual script, didn't realize they were the Dr now - too bad I will not be returning, as this "rule" is not state mandated, rather just controlling
