        Not Customer Focused/Doesn't Value the customer

        this McDonalds ripped me off. Went through the drive up window and then got home and was missing a sandwich. Called when I got home, asked for my sandwich and the money back to compensate for my gas since I have to drive all the way back at 10:30PM & Pablo refused. Said he would give me the burger and $1 back. What's worse is they didn't give me a receipt bcuz their register/machine was broken Pablo said. They could have salvaged the situation but refused. I will call corp and place a complaint and talk with the manager Omar tomorrow. Don't go to this McDonalds!!! Totally dummies...
