Firstly, this review regards the cabinetry aspect of this business, I can't speak for the quality of their other departments. However, I won't be gambling on it after my experience thus far. If you're lucky, the person you are trying to reach may be available after your 4th call of the day. (PS I've only needed to reach this person twice during a year-long construction process). Furthermore, the staff I dealt with acted as though it were the apocalypse at the mere thought of multitasking i.e. one customer in the store and the phone ringing once. I should have known our cabinets we're going to be wrong based off the mountains of paper and total chaos that was the office but alas, we ordered them anyway because we'd hoped for a good deal. Long story short: everything was late, they sent wrong products, pieces/shelves are missing, and they did a shoddy job putting it in with more crooked doors/hinges than straight ones. When speaking with the staff member overseeing cabinetry about a missing piece (not even mentioning the other stuff!!!), she was not even apologetic and suggested I "purchase it through Home Depo"???? Is this actually happening??? Your total lack of professionalism and organization should not cost the customer extra money. Do yourself a solid and skip 84 Lumber, they have been the absolute worst and I'm still shocked at the horrific customer service there.

This buisness is run by morons. They promise to have a material list for you and fail to do so when they say they will, then leave you on hold for 20 minites waiting for them to get it right after I talked my boss into going with them over another local company. I called when the opened the following day, the manager was not there upon opening, and after having to ring the line - no lie - 10 times before they picked up, I was told to call back in "a little while" and the manager would be there.....I do not enjoy being made to look like a fool.......and after talking someone into spending their money there on a project on a major horse farm of which we will need duplicated several times, needing thousands of dollars of lumber and supplies, the service is atrocious......word to the wise......go somewhere else. I used to service 84 Lumber stores in the NorthEast, and if corporate ever saw how this store functioned, the manager would either be fired, or they would be retrained.
