My husband and I stop in the Burger King on Newberry Rd., Gainesville, Fl. when we are going to and from doctor appointments, especially when we have to fast and are really ready for our morning coffee afterwards. This Burger King is always so clean an--d staff is always ready to help. Marcia, the hostess is there most mornings cheerfully greeting customers and making sure we have our cream, sugar and even napkins. She is a real pistol and makes us feel welcome. We have been all over the United States, Europe and Australia to name a few and found this fast food restaurant the cleanest and the food always prepared as requested, and never greasy! Again, Marcia is a keeper.

I generally like your service and your staff, but you really need to consider having both inside registers open, if not all the time, at least just before and during the lunch rush. Newberry Road is an extremely busy route and most people who stop at this location don't have a half hour to spend just waiting in line. This has happened on numerous occasi o ns. Your drive-thru doesn't usually seem to have this problem.
They keep this place very clean and the service is friendly and competent. They always get my order right the first time and they are very fast. This is the most consistently great service locations I've been to. Convenient to I-75.
