This incident happened over 2 years ago but I still waned to let you know we are sorry about the incident.

I was very happy with the service And prices could not be beat. They were vey knowledgable and friendly.

They will not look at your computer right away. They said they would have it done in four days, but I had to call them on the fourth day and they said it would not start up. This was the reason I took it in. I had explained this when I had entered the store. They asked for a deposit even though their sign said "free diagnostic." Since they could not repair it, they still wanted to charge me for their effort at simply trying to turn the computer on and telling me their results. Results I knew already.

I do not recommend using their services.
