Babaganoush Mediterranean Grill

Baba Ganoush has some of the best food in Fredericksburg. With a big variety of dishes ranging from Greek to Indian, the Mediterranean cuisine here is wonderfully fresh and delicious. The dishes range from kabobs and curries to souvlaki and eggplant dishes to wraps, as well as salads, a buffet from 11-4, and kids' dinners. I've tried the Indian dishes, which are outstanding. The chicken tikka kabob is marvelous, with perfectly spiced, marinated chicken. The Indian naan bread is freshly made, soft and warm. Tabouleh here is the best you can find anywhere--the parsley and mint herbs taste so fresh, they might have been picked five minutes before from a nice herb garden, In a town with so many boring restaurants, we are really lucky to have Baba Ganoush. If you like delicious, freshly made food, you must try this friendly little place. Entrees from $8 to $12, salads and wraps cheaper.
