Pandoras Steakhouse & Lounge

I ate here tonight and had a great meal. The first thing I noticed was the amazing service. My waiter was very friendly and hard working. I ordered the steak and crab legs which was absolutely outstanding. The steak cooked on the wood grill couldnt have tasted better! The crab legs were very fresh and by far the best I've had. The salad was crisp and fresh, and the ground black pepper tasted great on it!
Just to sum it all up without writing a book, this restaurant is absolutely amazing from the atmosphere to the service to the food! A++ rating

We ate at Pandora's this past Friday night based on the suggestion of a friend. We arrived at 5:00, and were one of only a few other couples inside. The interior was dark, and there were bulbs missing and/or blown out in several of the lighting fixtures in the dining room. The menu was priced between $20 and $30 for the entrees, which I don't mind paying for expensive food as long as I get what I pay for. This was not the case for myself or my partner. I ordered the grouper that was oak grilled with a lemon butter sauce and spring onions, along with a salad and a baked potato. My partner ordered a sirlion with a baked potato and salad. It took 45 minutes for our entrees to arrive after we ordered. The grouper was a small filet section, and it was oily. There was no lemon butter sauce or spring onion sauce, and it was not hot. Both of the baked potatoes were warm, but the butter, chesse and sour cream had all melted already. The potatoes were barely warm when they were served. The sirloin was a thin, tough cut and it was also barely warm. Of course, about 1/3 of the lettuce used in the salads was browning. Our ticket ended up being close to $80, but we certainly did not get $80 worth of food or service. We will not be going back and will not recommend it to our friends.
