FOR DR. CYNHIA HARDY:Dr. Hardy,If you are the one reading this I will like you to know that I am very disappointed with your staff due to an appointment that I had scheduled over the phone for 10:30AM on 4/14. I am a very busy executive that requires planning my time in advance and as such I had my calendar shifted around to accommodate this as they said this is the only time they have available for over a week. So much to my surprise when I woke up the morning of the appointment to find a text message reminding for a 10AM appointment, as opposed to the 10:30AM appointment which was booked. I called and spoke with someone in your office and explained to them that I cannot make the 10 as I already have planned for the 10:30A. That individual said no worries that I may come in at 10:30. Shortly after (about 15 min before appt) a lady called saying that they cannot honor my appointment because you need to go to lunch at 12 exactly….Really????So I shift around my calendar to include a very important meeting to accommodate your schedule, however now since someone made a mistake I am being told that’s my problem? Not good. Please understand that I have sent a few clients to your office as I have always been pleased with your service, but this really ticked me off as there is no regard for my time or my needs although I am paying customer. This is unacceptable and I will be sharing this with my colleagues and I would suggest you speak with your staff regarding this mistake as it may have just cost you a few clients; if that matters to you.
I am a caregiver. I brought the lady i care for for cataracts surgery. She went later to optometrist to make new glasses and the doctor ask the name of the surgeon because she was impressed with the quality of the work. 88-year-old lady is very happy with the result and how clear she can see now.
The staff was very professional greeted me very nicely when arrived.They explained in detail about the different exams that I can take.Dr Cornish was very nice and very efficient. He thoroughly explained all the tests .He was very patient and very personable.
