The business and these people are crooked. I paid in cash and they stole my money didn't fix my car and were very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this Flash Lube to anyone because they won't fix your car.
Make sure they replace the sealing ring on your oil drainplug and that they tighten the drainplug properly. Once your engine locks up, they start blaming everyone else. Caveat emptor.

Morning Mr. Scherrer, Happy New Year, I hope this message finds you well. My Name is Freddy Frias, I am the general Manager for the Flash Lube store in Fort Lauderdale and the New York and Jersey Stores. I just landed this morning from visiting my parents. I will like to apologize for not getting back to you sooner and on my crew behalf for the incident you claim happen. I will have a meeting with the store manager tomorrow morning and make sure that this incident does not happen again and to make sure that with vehicles like yours with Engine modifications there needs to be more care. AWFUL, AWFUL SERVICE . thieves! My car was jolting and instead of telling me the truth that I needed to go to mechanics that can put in a cat converter they overcharged workmanship, charged for plugs, fuel injection,, wires-none of which addressed the problem. Then when I went back to complain they told me the problem was different altogether and I should go somewhere that can fix my problem not addressing the 300 dollar bill. EX CONVICTS TRYING TO GO LEGIT FOR SURE!!!!!
