This is a great company. I live in downtown Fort Lauderdale. My Subzero refrigerator was damaged by the power surge after Hurricane Irma, and this company came fast and took care of the issue, ordered parts and fridge was working next day. I waited 2 days for them. Day 1 too busy in Palm beach. Day 2 truck broke down. No show. Both times I called them to see where they were. They did not have the courtesy to tell me they were not coming. don't use them.

I should have kicked his racist ass outta here but dad was asleep and I did not want to upset him. he despises such negative rhetoric and probably would have kicked his ass out !! I will definitely rate them online for this particular visit..there is a part missing and is scheduled to install on 11/3..
Website states 24/7 Emergency appointments $39.95 http://www.aaccurateappliancerepairs.com/. Called one number and got a nasty woman on the phone who told me it was a $65 plus repairs. Then I called another number and got a nice man on the line that told me the office woman would call me to schedule a service call. Nasty lady calls back yelling on the phone before I could say hello "It is Saturday, I can't find anyone" Then the nasty woman hung up.

Once you pay the requires initial deposit you might never have appliance repaired properly. It seems this company just wants the fee to look at you appliance and does not have the qualifications to repair.
