Overall

If I could rate a zero, I would. Just like the customer in February, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They sent a Mother's Day Arrangement in a rusty old container that leaked. When I called inquiring, I was told it was ordered as Dealers Choice and unless something was wrong with the flowers, they don't have to do anything. It just seemed everyone I talked to was very unfriendly. By the comments looks like I'm not alone.

BROKEN FLOWERS, BROKEN CUSTOMER TRUST

NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!



I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on her 75th birthday. They were delivered BROKEN & damaged!!!!! They apparently fell over on the delivery truck & the driver just put them back in the vase & left them with my mother. :'o(

Their idea of FIXING the issue was to replace the broken flowers the next day and not the entire bouquet! So, needless to say, the original flowers that fell over in the vase were NOT replaced, just the broken ones. The original flowers died quickly!



They should have replaced the entire bouquet!! So disgusting!

The customer service with this florist is the worse I have ever experienced!!!! Do not use this florist. I called them several times on Valentines Day to check on my delivery. The last time I call: They are on the truck to be delivered. That was about 5:15pm. My mother is 92 and waited all day for her surprise...They left them on the front porch to freeze, not to be found till the next day!! When questioned, they said they rang the door bell and knocked.. So why didn't my mother, sister, nephew hear??? When I asked them they were so rude and not sorry at all. I ended up paying for some really frozen flowers that had to be thrown away. Poor Poor Poor customer service.........

Poor Customer Service

I would not use this business again, nor suggest to a friend. Delivery of flowers was on wrong day, 'thought' behind the gift was lost, customer service to resolve the issue (their fault) was unsatisfactory, took no responsibility for their business error. I won't use a business again who's resolution statement is 'it's your work against ours, so that's fine if you're not happy with the customer service'.
