Purchased a new to me used vehicle from Joel’s recently. Found the vehicle on Cars.com for what appeared to be a great price. Buyers beware!!! If my experience is any indication the great prices are too good to be true. After owning the car for 3 weeks I’ve been able to drive it for 5 days only. It’s been to the shop twice for two separate unrelated issues. Total cost of repairs is in excess of $3,500.00! The first and most costly repair occurred 3 days after purchase. I called Joel’s to ask for assistance numerous times and was told they would review my mechanic’s quote. I’m still waiting for a return phone call...

In addition, I still need new tires which I knew when I purchased the vehicle. When this is all said and done I will have spent more than I could have purchased a certified preowned unit (newer, lower miles) for from my local dealer. Save yourself the drive to flushing and the headaches and skip the “great deal” at Joel’s.

Bought a 2010 ram from joels. Was assured that it was 100% ready to go. Started it up the next morning and the motor was making noise. Took it to 4 different mechanics all said the motor is bad. Called joels talked with a sales rep, he went to bat for me however 'joel' will not give me ANY help! So I am stuck with a $4,000 repair bill. Be aware! I will tell anyone that is looking for a car to avoid joels like the water in flint.

I must say this was a great help in find some used trucks to buy, I'm going out to look at my finds tomorrow.
