The service was terrible. I almost passed out and asked the lady if they had water she said no then when I lost my color in my face she told someone to get a water for me. They don’t clean their pedicure bowls after each client. They don’t lay towels down when they do someone’s nails and wipe the table off with the same brush they wipe clients hands off with. My nail broke the same exact day I got it done and went back the next day and they tried to charge me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Wonderful!! I’ve been coming here for years. They have the most friendly staff. Relaxing and friendly atmosphere. You will be very satisfied with their service. Highly recommend

Katie does an awesome job with my eyebrows. She remembers my sister and I every visit which makes it the visit more personal. She is the only person I let touch my eyebrows
I know it's Good Friday, & it was busy, but to wait patiently for an hour & then get skipped by everyone else that was waiting behind me was unacceptable. If I have to complain to get service, then I don't want service from you.

This Lisa P chick ⬇️ who wrote the previous review is way off base. Lady, I was there the night you walked out without paying!! How do you even know what you had done to your feet? You (and your loud obnoxious mouth) were too busy on your cell phone blabbing crap to someone about how "I buy whatever I want. If I see something and I like it, I buy it...she's just jealous!" Everyone in the shop heard you. And you didnt offer to pay Tina $20, the cop MADE you pay it AND sign an agreement to never enter the shop again or you will be arrested. Not only are you a thief, but a liar!I have been going to TinTin nails for almost 3 years now and have always had a pleasant experience and top quality work done on my nails.
Do not waiste your time at TinTin nails. First of all, they do not employ enough staff to take care of customers in a timely basis. You have to wait EXTENSIVE periods of time to get service, and then on top of that, they treat you very rudely. I was getting a pedicure that I had to wait a half an hour for, and the technician did not massage my legs or use the razor handle to remove the dead skin from beneath my feet. She went straight to the pumice stone to smooth, without removing the dead skin, first. I sat there with my feet left in the water for about 1/2 an hour, I finally decided to ask the technician if she was gonna finish my pedi, esp, since she was engaged in giving another paying customer their full pedi massage. The tech didn't speak English well, so I ended up asking the manager, Tina.Tina got very nasty with me and told me that my service was complete. I tried to explained to her that the tech did not give me a leg massage, nor did she remove the dead skin from under my feet before she used the pumice stone. Tina's answer was, yes, she did, you are through. I don't know where this rudeness came from, so I got up to pay and she wanted to charge me the full $40 for simply getting my toes painted, without the removal of dead skin or the leg massage, which is part of the pedi package. I informed Tina that I was only willing to pay her $20.00 because I only received half of the requirement of a pedi service. Waiting for a long time, partial work, and nasty attitudes was all I encountered, thanks but no thanks. LOUSY LOUSY LOUSY DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME!!!!!
My best friend took me to get a pedicure and manicure for my bday... My left heel wasn't done correctly so I talked to the owner about it, she said there was nothing wrong with my heel and the next time I come they will take care of it... really lady ?she don't like having customers!!!!.... If that would have been Sonja she would have took care of it right then and there... The new owner lady needs to learn how to make her paying customers happy and not let them walk out unsatisfied....
