Daniels Real Estate

Daniels Real estate company is terrible. They are way out of date and are VERY VERY un-friendly.I rented from them for over a year and their lease (in which they don't explain to you at all) is nearly impossible to break. When speaking with the women that runs their office she is extremely short and rude (while trying to get things fixed and any other time). The company is all around a terrible company to rent from. They will get you in as soon as possible, sign a same day lease THAT YOU CANNOT BREAK! I gave 45 days notice and offered them my security deposit, 2 full months rent and additional money and they wouldn't allow me to break my lease.... why break my lease you ask? I am expecting my first child and I have purchased a new home for myself and my new family. These people are very rude and inconsiderate. While living in one of their homes they have claimed I missed rent... I have their handwritten receipt and my check copy, refused to fix a broken door, refused to fumigate, attempted to charge me for lawn services WHILE I WAS MOWING..... it had only been 2 weeks! PLEASE do not rent from them and do not ever sign a lease when someone is coaxing you to be quick!
