AAIMS Property Management

The absolute worst move in experience I have ever had. The management is condescending rude and heartless. Showed up to my house on my move in day to construction being done! I could t even move in! And the managers did NOT care! Told me to move in around them. Took zero responsibility for it and never even apologized. Not once. This is about to be a rough year with them. But I can guarantee I will never recommend this team. We work in the same industry and I would never ever ever send anyone their way for a single family home. I am completely disgusted with the negligence from Aimees.

I am very happy with the way AAIMS treated me the very first time I came into the office. Any questions and concerns they were willing and able to assist. I would definitely recommend AAIMS. Thank you!!!

They are absolutely terrible when it comes to repairs. I have been living in an aaims property for only a little over 2 months. The day we moved in we submitted a work order for the front screen door that didn't close or latch all the way, a leaking kitchen faucet and the dishwasher making a weird noise when running. Our dishwasher broke completely 3 days after we moved in (leaking water all over the floor). It took 3 weeks after move in to get the broken front screen door replaced and almost a month to get the leaking faucet fixed(which got worse and ruined all the stuff underneath our sink before they finally sent someone to fix it). We finally just today got our new dishwasher delivered but they did not get approval or schedule anyone to install it. So 2 months without a dishwasher, 2 months of them sending 3 different companies out to fix it and being told by 2 of the companies that it needed to be replaced before they finally did replace it and I still cant use my dishwasher because these idiots didn't get anyone to install it. I will never rent an aaims property again.

I started renting from Aaims in 2009 and started with Mrs. Brenda who was really helpful and a sweetheart. She left in 2015 and I had Kristy for my PM and I was like okay, let's see if she's as good as Mrs. Brenda. Turned out she was AMAZING and when I fell on hard times she helped me every step of the way. I'm truly thankful!!!

My home has been under their management since April 2011. I am currently in Afghanistan and during the tenant move-out process Krystle has been extremely helpful and sympathetic to my circumstances. She is still working on getting my house cleaned up and fixed for my return and I would like to thank her for making this experience as efficient as possible. Krystle's positive attitude, customer service and dedication make her an asset to your company. Her professionalism and desire to treat her clients with respect set her apart from other property managers. The attention to detail, care and responsiveness Krystle provided us were what we had expected from AAIMS all along.

I own a building that AAIMS manages. My building has never looked so good after they took over. They did a fabulous job solving the problems that had been going on for many years in one of my apartments.Not only does the outside of the building look great, the apartment is unrecognizable;they know that better than I do. They really got this building in great shape!!!

Been working with this company many years now. Have to say they are a great company and have wonderful people working. They treat you like family.

I would like to thank Kelly,she has been managing my two properties for several years now. She is extremely responsive and always keeps my best interest in the forefront. When issues arise she not only notifies me promptly but provides me with options and best remedy solutions. My quarterly reports are thorough and always on time. When a new tenant is required Kelly provides me with all area information to make sure the rent in line and does an amazing job through the screening process. Kelly consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty and I would not have anyone else manage my properties.
