David Hafer has done the inspection for me. David has a very nice personality, he has gone through everything with a clear explanation if we had questions on anything. He provided a good report within a few hours. I wish we would know more of the structural issues through a house inspection but it has nothing to do with David. Mark Richard did a very thorough home inspection and sent us a detailed report. He was courteous and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him.

My inspector was great he explained everything he was doing. What kind of windows I had and checked every one of them and the screens why a plugin was upside down, why a Check valve needed to be changed every 5 years for the sprinkler system, that the fire alarms where still good for 5 years they were 10-year alarms. Checked every plugin and moved things to do it. Explained the electrical and gas hot water systems to me. He noticed the difference in dishwasher make from ever other appliance in the 5 year old home as odd. How it must of been replaced to a worpole from a GE. How the wood floors was holding up to the water pressure in the home. I never told him I flipped 6 homes in past. This guy did it with such grace and respect I kept my mouth shut and learned some things. I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Tod Gross.
