A & A Quality Cleaners

The WORST! Since zero stars is not an option, they get one. I am an Elk Grove resident and took my husband's dress shirt to a local cleaner to be cleaned. Price not bad, but...when I picked it up it was WRINKILED. They agreed to re-iron and asked that I give them an hour to good a "good job." Second attempt was marginally better than first. After expressing my unhappiness and asking for a refund, Louie (the owner) told me to "get out or he'll keep my shirt." His wife, said "when your husband puts his jacket on it's going to get wrinkled anyway." Are you serious... Needless to say, they can keep my $4.50 but I will never use them again and neither should you.

The owners are professionals in dry cleaning! Always happy to help get cleaning find even last minute and just in an hour!
